Automatic weighing system

DM-A105 intelligent digital display controller is connected to pull pressure and other weighing sensors, real-time measurement display and output relay, used for automatic batching, weighing, to improve production efficiency. The product uses 24-bit AD converter, high resolution, small temperature drift, power input, signal input, output isolated from each other, effectively inhibit a variety of string mode and common mode interference, improve the stability and reliability of the product.

Functional Features

1. 24-bit AD acquisition, five-digit digital tube display.
2. User on-site calibration, improve the accuracy of the instrument and sensor.
3. The acquisition speed can be set from 1 to 100 times/s to improve the control accuracy.
4. Relay alarm, feeding, reducing control output.
5. Excitation 5V/100mA, 5~15V excitation sensor, can be connected to 4 sensors at the same time.
6. The weighing instrument connected with the tension pressure sensor/amplifier, etc. it has the function of peeling and zeroing.
7. It has the function of automatically calculating and displaying peak and valley values.
8. Optional voltage, current output, as transmission or control output.

The controller is suitable for all resistance strain gauge sensors. The output signal of the sensor is very weak. Please shorten the length of the signal cable as far as possible. Do not tie the signal cable with the power cable, otherwise the instrument may be interfered with. The wire of the sensor must be covered with a metal tube, and the metal tube must be reliably grounded. The metal tube mainly plays a shielding and protective role. The cable with the sensor cannot be cut, the sensor and the terminal must be reliably connected, poor contact will lead to data jumping or inaccurate. Please do not use the excitation voltage of the instrument for other purposes, otherwise it may cause the display value of the instrument to jump.
